When the Rabi ul Awwal starts, Ahle Sunnats begin to decorate their houses, streets, and bazaars. All the Muslims are busy in the preparation of the Eid Milad un Nabi celebration. On the day of the 12 Rabi ul Awwal, they wear neat and clean clothes.
Moreover, the women make different sweet recipes and divide in the nearby houses. Notable, children are very excited about this great event. Children wear beautiful clothes and also catch flags in their hand.

Ahle Sunnats hear the beautiful life of the Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) from the Ulma. When the Ulma winds up the program, they pray for all the people. After this, they eat a meal which some Ahle Sunnats make for all the people. At the end of the program, Ahle Sunnats collect the money to complete the needs of the needy people.

Ahle Sunnat say that our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) was on 12th Rabi ul Awwal and this the day is Eid for us. They also say that if the Holy Prophet didn’t come, then we have no Eid al Fitr and Eid al Azha.
So, due to the Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW), we become Muslims, and Allah gives us both Eids. They say that, our Holy Prophet did everything for us, and now it is our right to celebrate the Eid Milad un Nabi. Ahle Sunnats say that this day brings happiness for us.

What is the Meaning of Rabi ul Awwal?
As you know that it is Islamic month and the words of this name are Arabic. The meaning of Rabi is Spring or happy, and the meaning of the Awwal is first. So, the meaning of the Rabi ul Awwal is first spring or first happy.
Ahle Sunnats say that our Holy prophet’s birthday is in this month. It is the reason that its name is first spring. Allah gave us the Holy Prophet and said to us, remember My days. It means that to remember the days of Allah we should celebrate the birthday of the Holy Prophet.
Moreover, Muslims help the poor and needy people in this month. Allah brings happiness for the Muslims in this month, and Muslims brings happiness for the needy people by assisting them to. It means that the birthday of the Holy Prophet brings happiness for all the people.

Allah say in the Holy Quran “Indeed, Allah has given great favor to the Muslims that from them one of them sent a Messenger of Allah”. Allah gives this Order in Surah Al-Imran (Ayat-164). The translation of this Ayat is Allah gives the Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) to Muslims because Allah wanted the great favor of Muslims.
Furthermore, they say that if Allah can give us the Holy Prophet, then we should celebrate the birthday of the Holy Prophet and thank to Allah.
